he dim sum platter is a sampler of some of our hand-made dumplings. It includes two Shrimp and Pork Siu Mai, two Shrimp Sui Sai, and two Har Gau (our crystal prawn dumplings) as well as one Sticky Rice in Lotus Leaf. The chef recommends the chili oil to be eaten with the Sui Mai and a house mustard for the Har Gau.
